**Last Updated: July 29, 2026**

### 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Project Overwatch ("POW", "the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), including our web dashboard, Discord bot, and Vision desktop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

### 2. Description of Service

Project Overwatch is a professional-grade multi-server management platform for Emergency Response: Liberty County (ERLC) communities. Features include:

* **Moderation Suite:** Real-time player management and punishment logging.
* **Staff Management:** Shift tracking, quotas, and automated milestones.
* **Forms & Recruitment:** Custom application forms and response management.
* **POW Vision:** A desktop overlay for OCR-assisted in-game moderation.
* **Automations:** Event-driven server actions and Discord syncing.
* **White-label Bots:** Support for custom branded Discord bots.
* **AI Integration:** AI-assisted moderation and staff tools.

### 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using POW, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

### 4. Account Requirements & Authentication

To use POW, you must:

* Maintain a valid Roblox account and Discord account.
* Authenticate through our third-party provider (**Clerk**).
* Be a member of an authorized community that uses POW.
* Maintain the security of your authentication tokens and session data.

### 5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree **NOT** to:

* Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Roblox/Discord Terms of Service.
* Abuse moderation tools to harass, dox, or issue unjustified punishments to players.
* Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
* Upload malicious files through our Form or Branding systems.
* Use the Vision desktop app to capture or store sensitive data outside the intended scope of moderation.
* Spam or abuse AI-integrated features or automation triggers.

### 6. Subscriptions & Premium Features

* **Plans:** We offer Free, Pro, and Max subscription tiers.
* **Payments:** Payments are processed through our designated providers.
* **Custom Bots:** Max tier users are responsible for the Discord bot tokens they provide. We store these tokens using industry-standard encryption.
* **Refunds:** Refund policies are handled according to the specific payment platform used.

### 7. User-Generated Content & Forms

* You retain ownership of content submitted via Forms or Branding.
* By using our Forms system, you grant POW the right to store and display this data to the relevant server administrators.
* Server administrators are responsible for the data they collect from their community members through our Forms system.

### 8. POW Vision Desktop App

* POW Vision is provided as a utility for server moderators.
* Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Vision's screen-capture and OCR features complies with local privacy laws and Roblox policies.
* When you use the player identification feature, a screenshot of your screen is transmitted to Mistral AI's API for OCR processing. The extracted username is returned to POW; the screenshot itself is not stored by POW or retained by Mistral after processing.
* Raw screenshots are **not** stored on POW's servers.

### 9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Server administrators also have the right to revoke your access to their specific server instance.

### 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

### 11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECT OVERWATCH AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR ACTIONS TAKEN BY SERVER ADMINISTRATORS.

### 12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

### 13. Contact

For legal inquiries, please contact the Project Overwatch team via our official Discord support server or email <legal@atriasafety.org>.

### 14. Safety Statuses

Where enabled, the panel may display a safety status for a member's Roblox account. These statuses originate from Rotector, an independent third party. Atria does not perform, verify, or endorse the classification, and gives no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness.

* Not a sole basis for action. You agree not to suspend, ban, restrict, or otherwise act against any member on the basis of a safety status alone. A status may inform your decision. It may not be your decision.
* No redistribution. You agree not to disclose, publish, screenshot, forward, or otherwise share a safety status outside the panel. This includes sharing it with the member concerned and with other communities.
* Access control. You agree to restrict panel access to staff with an operational need, and you acknowledge that views of safety statuses are logged.
* Recorded reasons. Where you take action against a member, the reason you record must state what you observed or determined. It may not attribute the action to Rotector or to Atria.
* Your appeal process. You agree to provide a route by which a member may contest an action taken against them, and to make that route known to your members.
* Published information. You confirm you have read the information published at the [transparency page](https://docs.atriasafety.org/legal/atria-x-rotector-how-we-treat-their-information.), and you agree to make that address available to any member who asks why they have been actioned.
* Roles. You are the controller in respect of your own moderation decisions and records. Atria is the controller in respect of the retrieval, caching, and display of safety statuses.
* Suspension. Atria may suspend or withdraw this feature, for an individual community or entirely, without notice, including where these terms are breached or where the arrangement with Rotector changes.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://powdocs.atriasafety.org/legal/legal-terms-of-service.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
